With ProjectSoft PM you can apply your own methodology or a standard methodology like Prince2 when setting up projects. You can use ‘best practices’ of others to set up your projects, but you can also use templates that different subsidy providers offer to set up projects in a quick and easy way. When setting up projects you can draw up a tree structure in ProjectSoft PM or use the built-in Gantt Chart editor to model the project. Within the Proposal step in the Acquisition Module you can start iteratively with the project structure, then make an overall budget of the required effort (both in money and in units) and with the Subsidy module you can investigate which funding (subsidy program) fits in best with this. ProjectSoft PM helps you to submit the grant application (s) and also calculates the institution’s own contribution, which is necessary to fully finance the project.
