Contract registration

ContractSoft allows you to register many different types of contracts in a flexible way, whereby different information can/must be defined for each contract type. For example:

  • Contract type
  • Contract number (automatic numbering) and contract name
  • Multiple fields in which contract numbers from other systems can be recorded
  • Contract value with possibly multiple budget codes
  • Multi-currency
  • Overhead (amount or percentage)
  • Relationship with other contracts
  • Start and end date of contract
  • Contract owner
  • Automatic renewal
  • Cancellation period with automatic renewal
  • Deadlines (type of deadline with employee name responsible)
  • Milestones
  • Priority (high, middle, low)
  • Risk (large, medium, low)
  • Secrecy
  • Projects
  • Workflow per contract type


With ContractSoft, it is possible to at least start the registration of contract data, which supports successful implementation. Later, additional (and other mandatory) data can be recorded.


The required workflow can be defined for each contract type. This means that each contract will proceed according to the path that has been established, the user will only receive those contracts where he/she has to take action. All these contracts that require action appear in the user’s dashboard. If this is included in the design of the workflow, the user will also receive an email if an action is expected from him/her.
