Acquisition Management

The Acquisition Module is available for institutions that actively manage the acquisition of (research) projects. This module allows Applications, RFI/RFPs, Project Proposals, Reviews, Contract Preparation and Assignments/Signed Contract, to be properly registered and followed up. Faculties/fields/departments can quickly check the status of an application, who is handling it and the required follow-up action for each account manager. The Acquisition Module also allows for a distinction between the different project categories, each with its own rates, financing options and contracts. The great advantage of the Acquisition Module is that you have a total overview of all pending projects, who owns which project(s), or if an audit certificate has been requested by the subsidy provider/sponsor, the validity of quotes issued, the risk class the project is classified under and the available budget.
